I waited until I've tried this product for a while before leaving a review. The sleep vitamins are actually effective! I take two gummies at night and I fall asleep within half an hour. I find myself waking up refreshed since my sleep isn't interrupted as much. Great product from Vitabears! Thank you The Glow Club for stocking these.
