What are the membership tiers and benefits?

Our loyalty program has three levels: Club Member, Silver Member, and Gold Member. Each tier has special benefits, including exclusive discounts, early access to sales, free gifts, and more. The more you engage with us, the faster you’ll move up to higher tiers with greater rewards.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire if unused within 12 months of earning them. Be sure to check your account periodically and make use of your points before they expire!

Can I use multiple reward codes on the same purchase?

Currently, only one reward code can be applied per transaction. We recommend using higher-value codes to get the most out of your points.

Why didn’t I receive the Welcome Newsletter after signing up in-store?

If you’ve already subscribed online or previously made a purchase, you might already be in our database, which means the Welcome Newsletter won’t be sent again. If you believe there’s an error, please reach out to us, and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

How can I leave a product review to earn points?

To leave a review, log into your Customer Portal, navigate to the “Earn” tab, and select “Review a product.” Please note that only customers with completed purchases can submit a review for points.

I’m having trouble redeeming points in-store. What should I do?

If you experience issues redeeming points in-store, please let one of our team members know. We’re here to help resolve any issues and ensure you can redeem your rewards smoothly.

Can I redeem rewards both online and in-store?

Yes, our loyalty program rewards are available for redemption both online and in-store. Just make sure you’re logged into your loyalty account when redeeming points online or present your code in-store at checkout.

How do I redeem rewards from the Rewards Store?

Once you've redeemed a reward and received a code (via email or on-screen), simply copy the code. Then, go to the Rewards Store, select the item you’d like to redeem, and paste the code at checkout to apply the discount.
